Refund / Cancellation Policy

Last updated: March 10, 2025Cancellation Policy:School Cancellations: The school reserves the right to cancel any session. Students will be notified of a cancelled session prior to the session start date.Student Cancellations: The enrollment agreement may be canceled by the Student within three days after the date of signing, provided that the school is notified in writing to [email protected]. If such cancellation is made, the school will promptly refund in full all tuition paid according to the enrollment agreement; and the refund shall be made no later than thirty days after cancellation. Any refunded amount includes a $25 processing fee.>Note: This provision shall not apply if the student has already started academic classes; or if the student has already entered the learning management course software/system. There can be no refunds for the course once any course material is accessed. Refunds are only applicable if the student did not access any portion of the online course. If the student is not accepted into the training program, all monies paid by the student shall be refunded. (See Refund Policy below regarding all applicable details).Refund Policy:>Note 1: The following Refund Policy is available to Self-pay students only.
